Terms and conditions of sale

By placing an order on the online shop www.fratellicollavo.com, the Customer declares that he/she has read all the information provided to him/her during the purchase procedure and that he/she accepts the general terms and conditions and the payment terms and conditions reproduced below
All rights of the Customer to damages or compensation, as well as any contractual or extra-contractual liability for direct or indirect damages to persons and/or things, caused by the non-acceptance, even partial, of an order, are excluded.
The website does not show the quantity of the product available at the time of ordering, but the system knows what is available and does not allow purchases above these quantities. As many users-customers access the website simultaneously and as it is possible that online orders are made at the same, making changes to product availability, the firm Azienda Agricola Fratelli Collavo S.S. (hereinafter Fratelli Collavo) does not guarantee the certainty that the goods ordered will be allocated. In the event of the unforeseen unavailability of the goods and the non-acceptance of an order, no charge shall be made to the Customer.
All sales prices of the products on the website are intended as prices to the general public and they are therefore inclusive of VAT. Fratelli Collavo reserves the right to change prices at any time, without prior notice.

Purchasing procedures

The purchase of Fratelli Collavo products must be deemed completed and effective between the parties once the Customer has completed the on-line procedure for the purchase and payment of the products, but only after the Customer has received the communication as per point 2.2 below. Consequently, the Customer’s order must be understood as a purchase proposal which, in order to become binding on Fratelli Collavo also, must be expressly accepted by the latter.
Valid receipt of the order is confirmed by the e-commerce system by an email reply sent to the email address provided by the Customer. This confirmation message shall contain a summary of the order placed, which includes the Order Date, an Order Number and a Customer Code, which must be used in all further communication with the e-commerce system.
It is the Customer’s responsibility to register with accurate data and to maintain this data up to date by using their access credentials.
If an order is not accepted, Fratelli Collavo undertakes to promptly inform the Customer.
