Harvest period: last week of September at peak ripening, manual harvest. This procedure brings out the aromatic fruity features of the original vine.

Vinification: soft pressing and fermentation at 18°C controlled temperature. The wine undergoes secondary fermentation in stainless steel tanks – Charmat method. This product symbolizes the value of tradition, expressed by the sparkling character of the wine.

Alcol content: 11,5 % vol.
Total acidity: 6,00 g/l
Residual sugar: 5,5 g/l
Color: pale straw yellow with green reflections
SO2 content:< 90 mg/litre

Features: Valdobbiadene Prosecco DOCG, fragrant and fruity with fresh notes of golden apple and white peach, which presents a beautiful straw yellow with pale greenish highlights and a lively and very fine bead . Sweetness is carefully controlled and flavor , combined with a good freshness , gives strength and vigor to taste wine that is very persistent . The name “Rive” recalls the tricky nature of the steep and steep terrain , which are strictly maintained and harvested by hand . Residual sugar 5,5 g / l .
