Prosecco Extra Dry

Varietal Composition: Glera 90%, Bianchetta Trevigiana 5%, Perera 5% – wine made from certified organic grapes.

Appellation: Prosecco Spumante Extra Dry – DOC Treviso

Soil: clay and calcareous.

Harvest period: last week of September at peak ripening, manual harvest. This procedure brings out the aromatic fruity features of the original vine.

Vinification: soft pressing and fermentation at 18°C controlled temperature. The wine undergoes secondary fermentation in stainless steel tanks – Charmat method. This product symbolizes the value of tradition, expressed by the sparkling character of the wine.

Alcol content11,5 % vol.

Total acidity: 6,80 g/l

Residual sugar: 13,5 g/l

Color: pale straw yellow with green reflections

SO2 content: < 70 mg/litre

Features: low-pressure sparkling wine that lends itself to a simple and immediate consumption. The perlage is fine and persistent and the color is pale yellow with greenish reflections. Perfume is of good intensity, with marked notes of green apple and, to a lesser extent, peach with floral notes of wisteria and acacia flowers. The bouquet is fine and expresses fruity characteristic of this variety. The taste has is pleasantly, with good and harmonious structure.
